Service delivery policy

We do not sell or ship physical products. Our services are rituals and guidance, delivered in person, on video or by phone, as described below.

Confirmation

After you book, we call you within one working day to confirm the date, muhurat and details. You then receive the confirmation on WhatsApp.

Pujas at your home or office

Panditji comes to the address you gave on the confirmed date, in time for the muhurat. For bookings without samagri, we send you the samagri checklist on WhatsApp a few days before; with samagri, Panditji brings everything.

Weddings

Panditji performs the rituals you booked at the venue on the confirmed dates. The schedule and samagri are agreed with the family in advance.

Live video pujas

Before the puja, we send you a Zoom or Google Meet link on WhatsApp or by email. Panditji performs the puja live with your family's sankalp, at a time that suits your time zone.

Margdarshan calls

Panditji calls you by phone or video at the agreed time. A call lasts about 30 minutes.

Where we serve

Pujas and weddings across India, and live video pujas for families anywhere in the world. For places outside [CITY], travel and stay costs are agreed with you before the booking is confirmed.

Delays

If anything delays us on the day, we tell you straight away. If a service cannot take place, our Cancellation and refund policy applies: Cancellation & refund
