Sheetala Kripa, run by [LEGAL NAME], respects your privacy. This policy explains which personal details we collect when you book with us, why we collect them, and how we protect them.
What we collect
- Your name and phone number.
- The address where the puja or wedding takes place, and the date you prefer.
- What you book: the puja, rituals, call topic, samagri choice and any notes you write.
- For kundli and muhurat questions, birth date, time and place, only if you choose to give them.
- If you pay online: the payment reference and status from Razorpay. Your card, UPI or bank details never reach us.
- If you create an account: your email address, and your password only in a scrambled form that cannot be turned back into the password.
Why we use it
Only to arrange your booking: to call you, confirm the date and muhurat, send the samagri checklist or video link, take payment, and keep the records that the law requires for accounts and tax. We do not use your details for advertising, and we never sell them.
Who we share it with
Bookings from this website open in WhatsApp, so the details you send reach us through WhatsApp (Meta). The website runs on Cloudflare and does not store your booking. If you pay online, Razorpay processes the payment. We also share details when the law requires it.
How we protect it
The website works only over a secure connection (HTTPS) and does not keep your booking details; they reach us only in WhatsApp. Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay.
How long we keep it
Birth details and notes are deleted 12 months after the date of the booking. The rest of the booking record (name, phone, service, amounts and payment reference) is kept for up to 8 years, as needed for accounts and tax, and is then deleted. Bookings that were never paid are deleted after 90 days.
Cookies and your browser
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser only remembers the language you chose.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us at any time to show, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent. Some records we must keep for accounts and tax. Write to [EMAIL] or message +91 91360 26694; we reply within 30 days at the latest.
